1. Refunds for Live classes


  • If no session for an enrolled class has been conducted for that particular month, the user is eligible for a full cash refund.
  • If sessions have already been conducted in that particular month, and the recordings of the sessions are available, the refund request must be made within 24 hours of the payment confirmation.
  • The student should not have used any services during the cancellation period such as joining live sessions, accessing recordings of that class, ordering free printed tutorials, etc. (Note that students are always keep tracked on the website. For more information read our privacy policy.)
  • The Student must provide valid reasons for the refund.
  • Refer to sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and, 9 to proceed.

2. Refunds for paid seminars


  • The refund request must be made before the starting date of the seminar.
  • If the student has made the payment on the particular date when the seminar is scheduled to be held, the refund request will be discarded.
  • The student must provide valid reasons for the refund.
  • Refer to sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and, 9 to proceed.

3. Refunds for payments made for past recordings of live classes and seminars


  • Payments made for past recordings of live classes will not be refunded.
  • Payments made for the past recordings of live seminars will not be refunded.

4. Refunds for live class and live seminar payments made using a coupon codes less than 100%


  • If any payment is made for the live classes or the live seminars using a discount coupon code that is lesser than 100%, only the amount spent by the student will be refunded.
  • Refer to sections 7, 8, and, 9 to proceed with the refund.

5. Refunds for 100% coupon codes


  • Payments made using a 100% discount coupon code will not be refunded as cash nor deposited into the inbuit wallet of ayzack.com.
  • Students may not request another 100% discount coupon code as a refunable replacement for an existing coupon code that they have used.

6. Refunds for deposited money and bonus money in the inbuilt wallet of ayzack.com


  • Once the money is deposited into the inbuilt wallet of ayzack.com, it may not be refunded nor realized as cash. The wallet balance may be spent only on purchasing recordings and live class slots only.
  • Bonus money awarded for wallet deposits may not be realized as cash.

7. Requesting a refund for a payment that was made through cash deposit or online transfer


The refund must be requested via email sent to support@ayzack.com.

The student has to specify the following criteria in their refund request email :

  • Refund amount.
  • Date of the payment.
  • Reason for refund.
  • Means of receiving the refund (i.e. cash transferred to inbuilt wallet in ayzack.com, refund deposited to student's bank account).
  • Bank details: account number, account holder's name, bank name, and branch. (Only if the student wishes the refund to be deposited to their own bank account).

If the student is eligible as per the above prerequisites the refund will be made within seven working days, and the student will be notified through email.

8. Requesting a refund for a payment made through bank cards.


  • The refund must be requested via email sent to support@ayzack.com.
  • State the reason for the refund, and mention, in the subject of the email, that the payment was made using a bank card.
  • State your bank details in the mail: Bank Name and branch, account number, and account holder's name.
  • Mention the last four digits of your bank card number in the mail.
  • The student must refrain from using any services relating to the payment requested for a refund.
  • The student's party must inform their bank about the reversal of the transaction.
  • If the aforementioned prerequisites are met, ayzack.com will coordinate with the bank and approve the reversal of the transaction.
  • Thereafter the bank which issued the student's bank card will revoke the payment made to ayzack.com.
  • The refund will be realized as per the policies of the bank which issued the bank card.?

9. Requesting a refund for a payment that was made through the inbuilt wallet option


  • The refund must be requested via email sent to support@ayzack.com.
  • Note that the money that enters the inbuilt wallet of ayzack.com cannot be realized as cash; hence, any live class payments, or seminar payments made via the wallet will be refunded back into the wallet itself after the refund approval.
  • If the student is eligible as per the above prerequisites, the refund will be updated into the wallet balance within four week.

10. Do we make updates to our policy?


We may update our refund policy if required. The updated version will be indicated by an 'updated date' and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this refund policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification.
